The K type glass lined reactor is designed with separable cover andbody. The cover is fastened to body by clamps, with gaskets between them. We usecold-spray technology, porcelain glaze fired on the steel tank for 6-8 layersand eliminate the potential hazard (air bubbles, etc.) for every single burn. Byhigh temperature electric furnace burning, finally reaches the thickness of theceramic layer and 20Kv electric wave inspection is done for finished products.
